The ISCIII team is processing data gathered in Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain in order to analyze them and size the effect of the intervention activities on students. This is the reason why dataset are collected both in the control and the intervention group in each country: in this way, differences between pre- and post-intervention will be clear.

In the last few months the 166 Portuguese participants involved in the Project Lights4Violence have been filming the nine short films which were presented in 24th March to the entire community in a public exhibition. The short films, written and produced by the students, focused on the main themes and competencies developed during the workshops. Though, the stories they told reflects learning processes acquired in order to prevent dating violence and to promote positive youth development, revealing the importance of this kind of projects in schools’ settings.
Last month the UA team finished the second wave of the questionnaires with control group. Now, it’s time to analyze data to know the effect of the program in the intervention group regarding the control group!
