Ayer tuvo lugar la formación del profesorado en el Instituto de Secundaria Las Lomas, en Alicante. Contamos con la asistencia de 25 profesores y profesoras, algunos de ellos/as de otros centros.
Fue un día muy productivo, en el que el profesorado pudo experimentar el rol del alumnado, ya que realizaron las mismas actividades que se realizarán con ellos/as en la intervención. Las actividades dinámicas permitieron la participación de todo el profesorado, que en todo momento estuvo dispuesto a aprender.
Realizar la formación con el profesorado ha sido imprescindible no solo de cara a la intervención, sino para recibir feedback sobre las actividades empleadas y poder seguir mejorando.

Yesterday took place the teachers' training at Secondary School Las Lomas, in Alicante. We count with the assistance of 25 teachers, some of them of the other schools.
It was a productive day, in which the teachers could experience the students' rol because they did the same activities that will be implemented with the students in the intervention. The dynamic activities allowed the participation of teachers, who were willing to learn all the time.
Carrying out the teachers' training has been essential not only for the future intervention with the students, but also to receive feedback about the activities used and to be able to continue improving.
